Trying to shop on my phone was a pain. The info about the characters for the mug was all mixed up. They claimed I had half a day to cancel, but nobody got back to me for a couple days. Now I’m stuck with a mug where the character looks nothing like who it’s for—the dude should’ve been bald, but instead he’s got a head full of blond hair. This was supposed to be a memorial for two dogs we lost this year, so yeah, not happy about it.

It's awesome that I can customize these mugs with my pets' names, pick their colors, and even choose the breed. This time around, I couldn't select the night-themed background I was hoping for, but the rest turned out just right. Shipping fees are a bit of a bummer—would be nice if there were occasional free shipping promos, regardless of how much you buy. Honestly, those extra charges sometimes make me think twice about placing an order.

This cute, compact mug is just right for sipping cocoa or cider. I really appreciated the wide variety of backgrounds, dog types and shades, plus the different skin tones, hair colors, and even hairstyles available—made it easy to create a mug that actually looks like me and my five pups hanging out in our go-to spot. I liked that you could leave off a quote or saying if you wanted, but honestly, I wish there was also a way to skip putting names on the people and dogs too.
